It was just a few years ago when Peter learned to dive in a pool in snow covered Budapest. It was love at first breath. Peter then did most of his training in Cozumel, Mexico and after teaching in Hungary, Croatia, The Canary Islands and in Egypt in the Red Sea he decided to live the life of a PADI Instructor in the Caribbean, so he moved back to the fabulous coral reefs of Cozumel. Before that, he certified dozens of students from beginners to rescue divers in the 13ºC/41ºF waters of the Adriatic Sea (so don’t complain about being cold). In the last 2 years he certified more than 100 divers per season and took more than 100 other people underwater to a try dive to discover the hidden treasures of the azure blue Caribbean waters. In 2014 he’s been certified as an IDC Staff Instructor, so now he’s teaching fresh Scuba Instructors also in one of the most popular Instructor Development Courses of the Caribbean. Peter brings a great love of the ocean and a respect for the environment to the classroom and imparts that passion to his students. One thing he loves most about teaching is seeing people go from “I’m afraid to do this” to “Woooow man, this is the coooooolest thing ever!!!” Peter’s calm and patient personality and sense of humor makes all classes relaxed and fun. Peter speaks Hungarian and English and understands Russian, German and more and more Spanish daily.
Peter says: “Becoming a PADI Pro changed my life forever, and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. I can help you make that change too…”
