PADI Course Manual is available in multiple languages. Personal advice, if English is not your first language but you are still comfortable with it, get your scuba diving lesson done in English. If you do fall in love with it…on your future dives, English will always be the one you’ll find on any diving destination. PADI offers a variety of home-study materials for the PADI Open Water Diver Course. E-learning is the most convenient option and gets your book work out of the way so you can just dive! For each concept, you’ll read a description and watch a video demonstration. Then you’ll jump into the water to practice these skills with your instructor. Later, as a certified diver, use the course materials as a reference guide for future diving adventures and to review what you learned.
